Customs/Import Duties and Taxes

• The value of purchase order does not include the local customs duties, taxes and others fee which may occur at destination country. Those costs will be under the recipient or the customer’s responsibility.

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, our rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement are governed by the laws in force in Indonesia and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerned with this agreement.
